variation in number of scenaios in scenario proto and tf.example proto format #897

I would appreciate if anyone can explain why there is difference between the number of scenarios in scenario proto vs tf.example proto.

The number of scenarios in tf.example format is around 473k whereas in scenario proto it is 440k

Could you tell me which version you are looking at?

For version 1.3 the training datasets for both scenario and tf.Example protos should contain 486995 examples each.
