Description

As described in #1570 would like to more clearly show the time range that the satellite loop is displaying. We should add a timestamp that displays the range of times the loop currently covers – ranging from the timestamp of the first frame to the timestamp of the last frame.

Designs/Context

Acceptance Criteria

  • A timestamp include the time range for satellite
  • Implementation follows the designs
