endPrintTest not showing up on EPD #5

The example graphics test endPrintTest does not show up

Isolated the source of the problem being insufficient wait time
Fix is to increase BUSY_WAIT time to 2000ms as per full refresh time found on https://www.waveshare.com/product/2.13inch-e-paper-hat.htm
