Right now if you have a <template> tag within the module file and you place a script or style tag within that, they're still processed as if they were at the top-level of the file. I'm not sure that makes sense. You might want them to remain as-is and contained within the template tag. Perhaps this is something to clarify in relation to the original HTML Modules spec.
