[Bug] Local playlists not downloading anymore and previously downloaded ones not working offline

Describe the bug.

Me and two of my friends have had this issue where if you click on download local playlists it just starts a infinite load cycle and the playlists never download. This issue was non existent like 2 days ago as i did have downloaded local playlists but now these already downloaded ones no longer work offline and even have been removed from the downloads

Did you mean 8.9.42? I also have this issue and I couldn't find a 8.6.42. For some reason 8.9.42 wouldn't launch if that was the version you meant but the newest one (9.0.2) would

Issue occurs on 9.0.2, also do you need to downgrade? How do I downgrade using AltStore?
