Maintenance and new functions

A new version 0.9.4 of CommonsBooking is ready for testing. New functions include:

1. Locations can receive copies of booking emails concerning their item
2. Users (and locations) also receive confirmation emails when a booking is canceled
3. The bookings table is ordered by booking start date, showing latest bookings first

Maintenance Release

Fixes:

• Enable redirect after login
• Insert blank after date
• rename div id "intro" to "cb-intro" to avoid ID clashes.
• Fixed bugs in JavaScript file calendar.js
