Edit: I'm so sorry! I figured it out. In IPtables I was setting the destination port as 8086 in the rules however I was not using any source port rules! I'm new to linux so this went over my head. You live and learn! :) |

Hello, firstly thanks for this bit of software, it's ace!
I've set up everything fresh, fresh pi, fresh server etc etc..
Before using iptables on the server hosting InfluxDB/Grafana to lock it down, everything worked great. Since using iptables to reject everything apart from linklocal (for Grafana to access InfluxDB) and port 8086 on tcp, it's not working.
Probe_log is showing the MGT interface route looking good however it times out on the "Checking port connection to InfluxDB Server"
I've tried allowing 8086 on UDP too but nope, just times out!
Anyone have any ideas?
