Auto update self-defined annotations built notes 自动更新自定义的note模板

Description

官方自带的标记->notes缺乏层次标题功能，windingwind/zotero-better-notes#1202 (comment) 比如这个模板可以增加层次标题。

本脚本删除之前相同模板生成的notes，然后创建一个新的。 目前的判断策略是html包含templateName，请教下怎么获取note的templateName呢？

The official aonnatations->notes lacks the hierarchical title function, windingwind/zotero-better-notes#1202 (comment) For example, this template can add hierarchical titles.
This script deletes the notes generated by the same template before, and then creates a new one.
