Support pagefind when output mode is set to server (SSR)

What is your idea?

As a follow up from #1255, to implement the following, already mentioned by @Fryuni:

when both SSR and Pagefind are enabled for Starlight, the content of the docs is pre-rendered for indexing but not included in the final build. The final content served will be from SSR, but the index will be built from that static rendering.

Why is this feature necessary?

SSR enables a whole new series of features to be implemented on top of Starlight, such as querying databases and enriching the docs with dynamic content. But we lose the ability to easily navigate and discover content, due to losing the ability to index static files. This is a significant trade-off.

Having the ability to server-side render Starlight applications while preserving the ability to build a search index from the static content would be highly valuable, and a win-win scenario for developers and users.
