@tomkralidis KMA GDC is deprecated - shall we set the status to "invalid"? or "retired"?

@amilan17 is "deprecated" an option? Definition:

An entry that has been retired or replaced and is no longer to be used

Perhaps we can check with codes registry maintainers? Else retired will do.
