Multiple drip schedules

Related to #88

As a course administrator, I would like the ability to use the same course with multiple drip schedules.

e.g. a 6 week course, dripping a new lesson every week, with multiple start dates, so that new users can select their start date.

I'd guess this would be fairly complex and would need careful planning.

Let's say I have one of my courses that repeats quarterly. Two lessons are dripped per week. If the dates could be relative, and highly configurable, I would be able to use the same course for each quarter instead of a separate course per quarter, so in that respect, I agree with your assessment.
Currently, I have to set specific dates, and it's SOOO mind-numbingly time consuming to set those dates. The basic logic is:
On Monday of week 1 at a certain time (for a given time zone would be nice), allow access to Lessons 1 & 2. On each Monday following, drip the next two lessons and follow that pattern for the rest of the lessons.
