Suggested changes to improve data-checks code.

Add:

i1 histogram
i3 include count, change from average and histogram plots.
For i1 and i5 calculate average over the period and then graph each day as a percent deviation from the average.
Scatter plots.
Add print to different functions to give some user feedback when running.

Change:

Remove first day for i5 plots since it excludes movements from previous day
Output files into single doc.
