It will be good to have ability to execute cdn_export from cli.

Could you share a bit more detail on how you'd expect this to behave?

We use CloudFront CDN with export-to-S3 feature of the plugin. After updating WP theme's assets (JS, CSS, images) I go to WP admin and export assets to S3 manually. It is not useful. I want to use Ansible + WP CLI to do this automatically.

Makes sense, thanks for clarifying!

Given WP Super Cache is now maintained by the Jetpack Performance team, it probably makes sense for them to take over maintenance of this command too. (Or, add commands to the plugin and we can deprecate the repo).

No immediate answers at the moment.

I don't think it makes sense for WP-CLI to maintain this package in the long-term though, so I don't think we'll add new features from this point.
