Uncategorized is added by default when adding a post

Description

When adding a post, it adds the 'Uncategorized' category by default. Is there a way to fix this?

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a create post mutation as in the picture and use it (only two categories are defined)
2. "Uncategorized" is added
