[epilogue] Include units of logged measures in topic metadata

Epilogue currently logs Measure objects in terms of their base unit (by default) or in a manually specified unit (which currently isn't used by the generated logger classes). The name of the unit should be added to the topic or entry metadata so consuming applications like dashboards and advantagescope can handle them better
