This error is observed when clicking on a consent amendment history item of a consent created by [email protected] a user with only internal/subscribe role using the customer care officer.

Create a consent from [email protected] a user with only internal/subscriber role.
Amend that consent
Login to consent manager portal using a customer care officer
Go to that consent and extract Consent Amendments History
Click on an amendment item. (shows a white screen)

This issue is not there for a consent created by [email protected]. Observed that only the auth_type = "primary_member" accounts are fetched [1] and there are no accounts with auth_type as primary_member in the account list and all the authTypes are linked_member [2]
