Description

Refactor the code base for support of crypto4 and add new functionality:

clean up the existing code base
support for multiple keys (EC and ML-KEM)
enable choice of crypto algorithm (V4_ALG_1, V4_ALG_2, ...)
integrate the SharedSecret interface
