就是用企业Id，应用agentID,secret等参数来发通知

这个讨论明显重复了，

而且企业微信可以用server酱和webhook，已经属于可以实现的需求；如果主观上商用嫌麻烦或者有免费次数限制，那就不是项目本身的问题。
