xvec tutorial at Living Planet Symposium

just wanted to give you heads up to avoid duplication. I plan on submitting a tutorial session proposal on Xvec and vector data cubes in general for Living Planet Symposium (https://lps25.esa.int).

Happy to join forces if someone else had similar plans! We got time until March 10 to figure it out.
