*Buy when RSI =< 30 (1), hold when 30<RSI<70 and sell when RSI => 70 (-1)

Question:

I provide the market/trading simulator with the arguments for the:
initial cash sum


Either I have to specify the:
init cash sum
sl limit
tp limit
max trade risk
In the instantiation of the trading sim class

OR I need to provide my manually created bot with these when they are being created before being
provided to the trading simulation

If I do not provide a list of manually created bots to my trading sim and instead I provide it with a list
of stock symbols then I must assign a stock symbol(s) to each of my bots according to some rule.
