Search bar in now playing playlist (video and images)

the playlist in the now playing section would be a whole lot more useful (especially for longer playlists) if it had a search bar, by default tap should not just play the item but also move it to the next to play position so the playlist itself would progress as it would have without the out of sequence item being played

On search: I will look into the possibility to add a search field on top of the list (as for the database browser lists).
On playing items: Currently the App moves the playing item to the middle of the visible list, this way you still see the previous and the next items. This also lets the playlist progress. By "next to play position" you mean on the top of the list?
