Remove SLES 10 support from xCAT and xCAT-dep #23

SLES 10 has been out-of-service since 07/31/2013 and its LTSS ended in 07/31/2016, moving forward we should remove the sles10 support in our xcat-dep to reflect this.

Let me communicate with Robin to see if anything needs to be announced.
