The xCAT-Genesis-Builder rpm should be created with a date, otherwise we can't ensure that the User picked up a version from us or they built it themselves...

I think instead of use a date, we would better check the Build Date and Build Host tags of the RPM package.

@zet809 Is this still an issue? I think from that link above: http://xcat.org/files/xcat/xcat-dep/2.x_Linux/beta/ we cleaned it up a little and it has a snap date... This issue was opened against having a snap00000 number....
