Banjo Tooie - Request to disable anti-cheat or enable the 'SUPERBANJO' cheat through gamepatches

Just thought I'd bring this up if it's possible. Banjo Tooie has an anticheat that disables saving if you use in-game cheats presumably to keep the leaderboard clean. I was wondering if this would be possible to patch out?

Alternatively, the cheat I'm interested in using is the 'SUPERBANJO' cheat that increases Banjo's movement speed which in my own opinion makes the game a lot more enjoyable. I'd be happy for a game patch that just enables that cheat.
