Unable to Create a String duper and get String in Creative Mode with Plugins

There are no other plugins running on my server.

Expected behavior

A automatic "string" duper should function correctly using standard mechanics.
In Creative Mode, string should be accessible without disappearing from the inventory.

Observed/Actual behavior

The duper does not work as intended.
String disappears when accessed in Creative Mode.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install plugins on the Minecraft server.
2. try to create a farm(fail)
3. In Creative Mode, try to take string from the creative inventory.
4. Observe that the string disappears when placed in the inventory or hotbar.(its gone)
