Lots of tool features don't work

Check for plugin incompatibilites

There are no other plugins running on my server.

Nova 0.18-alpha.14, Purpur 1.21.4-2362-2af2e71 (MC: 1.21.4)

Nova Addons and Versions

Jetpacks 0.1.14-alpha.1, Logistics 0.2.10-alpha.5, Machines 0.4.7-alpha.6, Simple_Upgrades 1.5-alpha.2, Vanilla_Hammers 1.6-alpha.1

Expected behavior

Many features of Nova tools don't work, with Star tools in Machines addon as example:

1. Swords should sweep attack and insta-break bamboo;
2. Axes should strip logs and woods;
3. Shovels should flatten soils;
4. Hoes should till soils;
5. All tools should decrease durabilities when attacking mobs.

Observed/Actual behavior

None of things above works.
(The bamboo will only be broken on client, but acturally not on server)

Steps to reproduce

1. Get Star Sword, Axe, Hoe and shovel;
2. Test behaviors above.
