Always got a return value = -1

I'm a arduino user, and try to post my sensors.
Unfortunately, I can not send the info., but always I got -1 which is "xivelyclient.put returned"
How can I fix it?

I wonder why xively uses 'v2' as below....

What is the code? Ethernet Shield or Wifi Shield? More info please!
