option to hide library from the project #1936

I would like to have an option in "Project Preferences" that allows you to hide it without having to enter the web.

If a project is published, you have to go hide from the web, because the default is to be visible.

ps: I would also like to be able to filter the visible ones from the web and remove the hidden ones from my list.
