we use your xpdtools frequently to radially integrate.
We wonder how xpdtools determines the number of bins into which it outputs the data? It somehow decides itself about the optimum number of pixels. Can I find this information in some publication or could you please explain it shortly?
Further, the ESRF now saves a lot of detector images into hd5 files. Is there a way to directly input hd5 files into image_to_iq? So far I only inputted *.edf files.
All the best and many thanks,
Mirijam
