ASN Library missing

Are you still working on this project? If yes, could you tell me where I can find the correct ASN library?
If no, could you add it as comment to the readme.md?

Hi,

No, I'm not working on it anymore. by following the links on github I get this:

https://github.com/NuclearDog/PHP-ASN.1?files=1

but you certainly found it as well so I don't have anything else.
