I have fixed the bug that positive TE values have p-values of zero.
I am terribly sorry about this bug.
The users who downloaded xtail before April 18, 2016, can download the new version of xtail, or continue using the installed version with adding the "ci" argument in "xtail" function, for example,

test.results <- xtail(mrna,rpf,condition,bins=1000,ci=0.9)
