Add the possibility to manage wikis pages

Add the possibility to manage wiki pages similar to "attachment files". The added benefit would be that the user would be able to organize information from the wiki (content and attachments) within a hierarchy without physically moving documents inside the database (avoiding scalability issues for larger hierarchies).
