Docs aren't cleared in the upload form, so the same one appears when trying to add a new file in another folder

Steps to reproduce:

1. As Admin create 3-4 Folders
2. Access Folder 1
3. Click on the "New File" button
4. Click on the "Choose Files" button
5. Upload a doc
6. Click on Folder 2
7. Click on the "New File" button
8. Observe the UI
9. Click on the "Choose Files" button
10. Add the same file

Expected results: Any file can be uploaded in any folder. After each upload the form is cleared.

Actual results: After uploading a file in a folder, the file remains in the upload form in other folders. The user can't add the same file in other folders until the page is refreshed.
NOTE: Also, the files don't appear in the Recent files panel until the refresh.

Environment: Windows 10, Chrome 80, XWiki 11.10.3, Cloud (11.3.6), XWiki 8.4.5
