There are cases when files from a subwiki file manager would have a better place in a different subwiki file manager. Currently, the option to move files/folders is only available within a filemanger, not between different file managers.

Conceptually speaking the File Manager doesn't use the notion of wiki. In the file manager you have a drive which has folders which has files. ATM, at the level of the User Interface, we support moving files within a drive, but indeed we could add support for moving files between drives. Note that this shouldn't block you as files and folders are stored as wiki pages so you can still use the standard wiki page move operation to move the files from one File Manager drive to another. So this issue is just about making it more user friendly to move the files from one drive to another. Implementing it is not very easy because we currently provide only a single drive UI. There's no UI to see the list of drives so we need to see how to integrate this in the current UI.
