I would not change the name if there is no strong reason for that. Flash Messages (Pro) highlights the fact that is the improved version of free Flash Messages.

IMO, a user would want to use this app after he used the free one. Renaming it would cancel the connection the free and the paid versions have now. Therefore, +1 for Flash Messages Pro - an upgraded version of Flash Messages.
