Ensure consistency with other applications on Actions column on the Forums homepage's livetable

Currently, on the Forums homepage's livetable, the links from the Actions column (Edit, Delete) do not have icons like the ones from other applications (for ex. on AppWithinMinutes app, or Flash Messages Pro app) or even XWiki livetables.

Also, the 'Actions' word from the livetable's header is aligned to the left, when on most XWiki other livetables is aligned to the right.
It would be nice (and improving user experience) to be consistent with the other livetables.

@ilieandriuta could you provide some information related to the XWiki version and maybe Browser details from your testing environment? I cannot reproduce the issues for XWiki 9.11, forum 2.7.1.

@acotiuga The screenshots from this ticket are from a more recent version of XWiki.

I just reproduced the issue with Forums 2.7.2 on XWiki 12.5 (Chrome 83/Jetty/HSQLDB):

I think the issue might be related to https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-14343, which was fixed in XWiki 11.8RC1.
