Timeline Scrubber not working in Chrome #157

The scrubber for the timeline will only send hte user back to the beginning. It will not allow the user to manually scrub the timeline.

OS: Mac 10.12.6
Chrome: Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)
