Potentially inaccurate discontinued tag #144

Parts like C2286 have an empty attributes field, but do not appear to be discontinued. This is also one of the few Basic LEDs available.

Note that from #19 the example part C151870 doesn't seem to have any discontinued markings on JLC, though is NRND on LCSC.

It's a shame because all those "discontinued" parts have broken images despite being visible on JLC website.
