Pagination 404 errors with custom taxonomies #45

The pagination seems to be broken with custom post type taxonomies. When trying to view any other page than the 1st I receive a 404 error.

Example of a working link: http://example.com/topic/industry
Example of a broken link: http://example.com/topic/industry/page/2/

Hi @laurelstreng Is it broken for particular term/taxonomy or for all?
