I've noticed a lot of reversions in position S:127 in JN.1 recently. These are coming from particular labs, mostly Canada-ON, but also some others that sequence less.
I don't know what's the root cause of this site being particular rich in reversions but it looks like it's an artefact - we've seen this many times before.
@AngieHinrichs it would be cool if you could see whether branch specific masking might help
If the reversions were real, we'd expect to see them cluster better.
