Apparently not fixable via the magic blocking of conntest.nintendowifi.net as reported here by several people
hacks-guide/Guide_3DS#739
Reporting here to see if something can be done by redirecting those requests to a browserhax hosted server to bypass those checks?

I'm not interested in hosting something for that, of course someone else could. https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/Internet_Browser#New_3DS_Internet_Browser
