Issue Launching HB Apps 11.3

Do NOT ask about {supported system-versions} here for *hax payload, completely wrong place for that.
I run a New 3DS with a9lh and luma3DS and after installing this using FBI it initially worked but when I entered the launcher and tried launching an app inside homebrew it would start loading but end up showing a glitched screen and to fix it I would have to restart the device.

I wanted to clarify that when I launch the apps the bottom screen is red and the top screen is glitched out and the device then freezes
