Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add an option to allow a URL to be associated with the metric names. At the moment it is only possible to add URLs to the value cells, not the row name cells.

Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to format rules for cells, be able to enter a URL like "/...foo=0"
