I install it in wsl2 by using proxy ，but it show me this，

then i execute wget https://golang.org/dl/go1.20.linux-amd64.tar.gz on terminal ，it can connect.
so what should i do？

Check if your connection is active in WSL
Check in v2 also and if it persists open a new issue
