502 Gateway while scanning

Issue Summary

when i am scanning multilple targets for the port scan i am experencing 502 bad gateway error

Steps to Reproduce

1. When I am scanning the domains, this happens
2. After few minutes its redirecting me to 502 bad gateway page
   3.it happening with every feature in tool while ac
   
   cessing scans

Any other relevant information. For example, why do you consider this a bug and what did you expect to happen instead?
