Multiple Nuclei Templates uploading in one go + Input can be multiple targets + Enable/Disable Custom tools + Pause & skip module Button

Hi,

1. On this endpoint @ /scanEngine/tool_settings

Users should be able to select multiple .yaml files when uploading. Currently, I was able to select YAML files one by one which takes lot of time.

2. On this endpoint @ /scanEngine/tool_arsenal/add/

Users should be able to input not just one target but the targets file. Like some tools may need subdomains.txt file instead of one single domain to iterate through.

3. On this endpoint @ /scanEngine/tool_arsenal

Users should be able to Enable/Disable the custom tools

Lastly I will say, There should be a Pause button or skip button to skip a particular module if its taking more time than usual.
