Concurrency thread not taken into account

I configured 10 threads in the env file, and I enabled scanning for 29 targets. The scanner directly scanned 29 targets.

Same with me, There is no upcoming tasks/scans. Even if your thread is set to min=5,max=10 it will run all the tasks you initiated
