How exactly to add Fastfox tweaks to base Betterfox user.js

Hi there,

Not certain this is the right forum to ask, and doubtless such a simple question....

But I am not sure how exactly to include some or all of the fastfox tweaks into betterfox; I assume I would need to copy & paste the lines I want into my current User.js file, but just not entirely sure where to.

Apologies if this is frustratingly easy, but I'm really appreciate a basic how to!
