Add option to edit snapshot threshold in project settings

Currently, users are unable to adjust the snapshot threshold in the project settings page. It would be beneficial to provide an option for users to edit the snapshot threshold in order to tailor it to their specific needs.

This feature would enhance the customization capabilities of the project.
