returns a 403 error says that The API has not been configured

I am getting same error, I have created API key and enabled the YouTube Data API v3 and Google+ API.

Hey Shrikanth, did you figure out the issue?

Yeah, it worked for me. After adding the key, it takes a while to get effective (happen sometimes a guess)
